*Meta-skills for global leaders
Excellency in leadership often is attributed to personal characteristics which leaders either have or have not. There is only little truth to it. Special attitudes and skills, the so called “meta-skills”, makes the difference between excellence or not.
Some of the meta-skills are extremely needed in global leadership. This training is meant to “wake up” and enhance meta-skills for global leadership.
These skills can be trained. And what is most important: meta-skills are cross-cultural. They work with persons of very different cultures.
