Become still in outer and inner turbulence

Often in leading situations things get hot. The tension is rising and spreading. People get nervous and emotionally high jacked. Pressure is exerted on the leading person.  The leading person can follow the group and get into stress, too. This is the time for a leading person to become still like the surface of a lake instead. To become still in inner or outer turbulence is a skill which has to be acquired and steadied well ahead.
